Australian Council on Healthcare Standards
The Mater Hospital is accredited with the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards. This accreditation provides guidance to ensure that we continually comply with the highest level of quality care and patient safety standards as set by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and other regulatory agencies.
The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards awarded the Mater Hospital with extensive achievements for care planning in partnership with the patient, care and service planning based on best practice, infection control, falls prevention, human resource planning, learning and development systems as well as safety management systems.
