When St Vincents & Mater Health Sydney was established in 2001, a governing board was formed consisting of persons who would ensure that the mission and values of St Vincent's Health Australia in providing the healing ministry of Christ to a wide broad-based community be fulfilled.
The By-Laws were approved, by order of the Board, in February 2010.
